Here is my Jan wrap-up and this month's TBR-- 12 days late (whoop)
Books from Jan:
1. The Power of Habit by Charles Duhigg
The book that got me out of my reading slump yay. This book was so motivational and it was great to read near the new year. I also posted a review on this, so if you are interested in reading this, then go see it :)
2. Passenger by Alexandra Bracken
Ahhhhh THIS BOOK. It was so good. You have to read it. I thoroughly enjoyed this book. The storyline was so unique and interesting and if you love time travel, fantasy/historical fiction, then this is the book for you. GO READ IT. Again, I have a review on this if you would like to have a better insight on this novel :)
ok, my Feb TBR:
1. Fahrenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury
In the middle of this currently, and so far it's a pretty good read if you're into dystopian fiction :) Glad to be reading my first classic after a long time.
2. Carve the Mark by Veronica Roth
I have waited so long for this and i cannot wait, although I admit, I haven't read much into the plot but it's Roth's work so I have no doubts that it will be good :)
Keeping it short and sweet again :) Hopefully will be posting over the next few days because I've nearly finished reading Fahrenheit 451, so you can definitely expect a review coming up! Also, if you guys are into like "fun" stuff where I answer questions, do lists like "summer/contemporary" reads or other stuff then that would be great-- I've been getting a few questions over Instagram so I'll be happy to answer all of them in one post :) ok HOPE YOU ALL ARE WELL BTW.
Latin for library,
Welcome to this month's TBR post. Yes I have really lousy with my reading. But I'm going to tell you guys what I'm going to try to read this month anyways:
1. The 5th Wave by Rick Yancey
Yes I am literally so late to read this and there are going to be a couple friends that will literally be holding knives up my throats tomorrow, but I am reading it this month. Better late than never?
I am a huge sucker for Christmas cutesy novels so to satisfy my cravings for these kind of books, here are five Christmassy novels to read during this time of the month:
.After a three hour session on Goodreads (I know please don't judge me), I found a great listings of books coming out next year. After picking through the lot of them, I chose my top ten that has gotten me the most excited about. Here's the list of books and the dates they are coming out:
